Terms of Service

TripBoard AI lets you generate, edit, save, and share travel itineraries with the help of AI. You provide trip details as text or images and the Service produces an editable itinerary. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You sign in using a third-party provider (Google). You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Each account receives a daily free allowance of AI generations. Additional usage requires purchased credits. Credits are a digital, prepaid right to use AI features and carry no cash value. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

You retain ownership of the trip details and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to operate and improve the Service. Do not submit content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others.

AI-generated itineraries may contain inaccuracies (e.g. times, prices, opening hours, availability). Always verify important details (flights, bookings, visas) independently. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

You agree not to: reverse engineer the Service; resell or redistribute it without permission; use automated means to abuse the free quota; or upload malicious content.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Unused purchased credits may be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
