This Privacy Policy explains how TripBoard AI ("we") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use https://www.tripboard.me.

1. Information we collect

• Account info: your email address and name from Google sign-in.
• Content you create: trip details, notes, and any images you upload.
• Usage data: credit usage logs and basic technical logs.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service (generate and store your itineraries), to operate the daily free quota and paid credits, to process payments, to prevent abuse, and to communicate with you about the Service.

3. Third-party processors

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Google LLC (USA) — Gemini API processes your trip text/images to generate and edit itineraries. Per Google's paid API terms, your inputs are NOT used to train their models.
• Map & geocoding providers (OpenStreetMap / Nominatim, and Geoapify when enabled) — when you search for a place or use auto-locate, the place text (e.g. a card title and destination) is sent to these services to return coordinates and display maps. These providers may be located outside Korea.
• Resend — sends invitation emails on your request.
• Our payment provider (Merchant of Record) — processes purchases.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the processors above as needed to run the Service, or when required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and trip data until you delete it or close your account. You can delete individual trips at any time within the app.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can also sign out and stop using the Service at any time.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you signed in). We do not use non-essential tracking cookies without consent.
